April 12th & 13th - Plant Potatoes

April 26th * 27th - Put in Broccoli Plants

May 24th & 25th - Plant Carrots & Beets / Mulch Potatoes

May 31st & June 1st - BIG PLANTING WEEKEND
Put Tomato & Eggplant Plants In
Plant Squash, Beans, etc. Seeds In

August 15th thru 20th - Harvest Potatoes

August 16th & 17th - Begin Harvesting Beans (as they are ready)

August 24th thru September 6th - Harvest Carrots & Beets

September 6th & 7th - Begin Planting Fall Cover Crops
