Habitat Workday Signup
Thank you for volunteering to participate in St. John's Habitat Workday. By submitting this form with the correct information you will be registered to work on the day you indicate. Please download and print the Workday Information sheet as well as the appropriate weavers which you will need to take with you to the worksite.
Be sure you have downloaded and read the "Workday Information" sheet as well as the waivers.
You need to complete the appropriate waiver forms and bring with you. By NJ law, 14 – 17 year old teenagers must have their parent’s permission and signature on the minor waiver form. Anyone under 14 years old is not allowed on a construction site.
An Example: "Please sign me up to participate in the November 19th Habitat Workday. My son Bob(16) and daughter Susan (14) will accompany me."
