The Property management committee is charged with husbanding the physical plant and facillities of CCSJN. This includes the buildings (including the residence), the driveways and parking areas, the electrical systems, utilities, kitchen facilities, grounds, etc.
The committree meets once a month typically on the third Tuesday in the Drexel room. It maintains a spreadsheet of the scheduled maintenance of the physical plant of CCSJN including the last work done, the cost, the next scheduled maintenance, and the estimated cost.
The committee is also charged with the setting up and taking down of the various tents and the scheduling and coordination of the spring and fall cleanups.
It also identifies contractors when they are needed for work, gets estimates, and reviews the results. In the past this has included snow removal, landscaping, carpentry, masonary, glazing, fire supression systems, plumbimg, lighting, driveway sealing, etc.
